Of course your business will be going out of its way to deliver the best possible customer service. However, despite the best efforts of even the best businesses, mistakes happen and incidents occur that show the business in a less than favourable light. These mistakes need to be learned from, not ignored, to improve on the shortcomings that each incident highlights.

To assist you implement a Complaint Handling and Rectifying Procedure into your business, we have designed a simple Customer Complaint Record From. Implement this in each department of your business and instruct your staff that every complaint received must be recorded on this sheet. Decide whether you would like to file it on a daily or weekly basis for use in your staff meetings and department head briefings. This will allow you to identify and rectify the problem areas of your business on a regular basis.
